The PATH Clinic is an independent clinic located in a house on the beautiful campus of Salvation Army Family Treatment Center at 845 22nd Ave in Kaimuki. 

From downtown or Ewa:

1) Get on the H-1 freeway toward Diamond Head
2) Take exit 26B to merge onto Waialae Ave
3) Turn right toward 21st Ave
4) Turn left at Pahoa Ave
5) Turn right at 22nd Ave

From Koko Head:

1) Get on the Kalanianaole Hwy
2) Take the Waialae Ave exit
3) Turn left at Hunakai St
4) Turn right at Pahoa Ave
5) Turn left at 22nd Ave

After you pass Kaimuki Avenue, there is a field with large trees on the left. At the end of the field is a driveway with a sign that says "Salvation Army FTC - 845 22nd Avenue". Turn left into the driveway and continue up the hill toward the chapel on the right. The PATH Clinic is located in the 2nd building after the chapel on the right.
